It has full British silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1913 and has the makers mark HB&S (Herbert Bushell & Son) The medal was awarded to S.B.Maynard for winning the High Jump with a leap of 5 feet 6 inches at the G.W.G. on March 16th 1921.
