Simpson As written in the Butterfield & Butterfield Auction Catalogue Lot #1007: " A commemorative award presented to O.J. Simpson in 1981 by the town of Tonawanda Town Board. Consisting of two brass football player statuettes affixed to a base. This piece is further accentuated with a layer of authentic astroturf that was used in one of the stadiums where Simpson played as a Buffalo Bill. 11 inches by 14 inches - See Illustration - Estimate 400/600 " ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Written On The Trophy: 1st black plaque with gold printing - "O.J.
