THIS BEAM IS 9 FT LONG, 2" HIGH AND HAS THE STANDARD 4" WORK SURFACE AND IS COVERED WITH SUEDE WHICH PROVIDES A SOFT AND SMOOTH WASHABLE WORK SURFACE. This beam is made from high density Crosslink polyethylene foam core covered with the same synthetic suede fabric as used on regulation size balance beams. There is an extra layer of topgrade foam padding underneath the suede - soft enough to minimize injury, yet firm enough to maintain balance. The 4” top working surface tapers to 6” bottom for stability. This beam folds in half so you can easily store it while not in use. A 5 year old can carry this beam herself from room to room and my 13 year old uses this beam regularly. The beam you will receive is brand new. I have several of these in stock.
