Sullivan (1858-1919.)  I believe the autograph is a facsimile, but could be wrong.  Reverse has short bio and boxing record.  Photo measures about 3.75 by 5.5 inches, 4.25 by 6.5 overall.  Has age soil, fading.  Light stains and lifting (scan shows it as lines above Sullivan's head.)   Light corner wear on board.
