Description of Baseball's Greatest Collage:  This collage represents the 50 Greatest Baseball players from 1950-2000.  Over a year in the making, this collage is presented in an acid-free archival setting and includes Authentic autograph cuts from each individual player. Along with each autograph is a high-quality reproduction rookie card (not the original). The centerpiece is a American & National League patch along with the MLB patch. The collage is double matted - top mat is light brown wool to get the vintage look, and the underlying mat is black. The combination truly brings out the colors of the cards and signatures of each player. The collage is framed with plexi-glass because of the size of the item (63" x 44"). It is fully certified (all 50 signatures) by GAI and comes with it's own Letter of Authenticity. More information on the authenticator can be found below. In choosing the players for this list, I looked at stats, achievements, awards, HOF status (with the acception of Pete Rose), Controversial player, etc. A few players that were left out include: Mark McGwire, Sammy Sosa, and Barry Bonds.
