Description
solid complete set of 55/56 parkhurst 79/79. this is is the hardest set to complete of modern day hockey cards and next to impossible to aquire in high grade. all the major stars are in great shape with the exception of #37 richard which has the letter M printed in ink on the back. the others are as follows #1 lumley ex+++, #3 horton ex/mnt, #43 geoffrion ex/mnt, #44 beliveau ex+++, #45 harvey ex/mnt, #50 plante rookie nm+, #56 vezina and #57 morenz nm range, #71 (plante, richard) nm/mnt range, #72 richard ex/mnt, #73 richard nm+ range, #78 montreal forum ex+++ and #79 MLG ex+. in all 29 cards fall into the ex/mnt or better range while another 20 fall into the ex+++ range. the rest are solid ex to ex+ cards with the exception of #37 and #33 which grade as vg/ex. a handful of commons have minor hairlines, gum stains or light tape marks on 1 or more corners. average condition is a strong ex/mnt. all cards are uniform and unaltered with the possible exception of toe blake which may be trimmed. upgrade the richard and a few others and you have a great vintage set to treasure. as mentioned with the exception of richard none of the other major cards have any of the major concerns  i mentioned above. good luck to all!
