Clock is metal and marked Menwood and does work! Bert Bell was owner and coach. Bell was a graduate of Penn. Was owner, Coach of Philadelphia Eagles 1933 -1940, Part owner of Pittsburg Steelers 1941-1946 and NFL Commissioner 1946-1959. Bell Died tragically on the sidelines of an Eagle Steeler game at Franklin Field on October 11, 1959. He was to resign from the commissioner post to aqurie ownership of the Eagles.Bert Bell was a first class inducteee to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1963.
