Description
You are buying a complete 1929 Kashin R316 set of 101 cards. Each card has been professionally graded by SGC , with many being the highest graded example to date.This set was photgraphed by the legendary photgrapher Charles Conlon and is loaded with Hall-of-famers. These Kashins were primarily distributed in 4 boxes of 25 cards each. Originally the set contained 100 different players with no Ruth. At the last second it was decided to put a Ruth in all boxes and 4 cards were removed from the boxes and were only sold as singles. The fours cards that were removed, Bump Hadley, Jesse Haines,Harry Seibold and Phil Todt, are extremely short printed with the Haines and the Hdley being the most difficult of the 4. In addition, to the short printed cards in this set, these cards typically suffer from centering issues and due to thethinesss and oversized nature of these cards are extremely susceptible to corner wear, wrinkle and creases. The Ruth,although being a quadruple print is exceedingly difficult to find centered.
